Located on the Sixth floor you will find a refined reception area, the perfect spot for an informal visit or to simply enjoy the weather during all four seasons. The architectural focal point is the creation of a two-story atrium that contains an elegant cascading walnut clad stair from the sixth to the fifth level below. Designed to provide more than just movement from one level to another, the stair is transformed to include an intermediate platform where one can casually perch and observe activities on both levels.

Linger and Lounge

The lounges on each level are furnished to provide visual and functional emphasis, accommodating small groups or individuals who desire a respite outside of their daily routine. The furniture has been curated to provide superior comfort, including a number of iconic statement pieces found in luxury hospitality environments. This attention to detail is carried into the selection of accessories and artwork.

Experience the Outdoors

The Plaza roof top deck can be enjoyed year-round. This outdoor social space offers a variety of seating options and outdoor fire fixtures providing warmth and ambiance. The central wood and steel trellis provides a sense of enclosure over the community table. Lastly, a staging area is also provided to facilitate catered events, offering a seamless location to entertain clients and staff.

Curated by LifeStart, health and wellness is at the forefront of our state-of-the-art fitness center, providing training rooms equipped with cardio and weights, and private changing rooms with showers.

Finnegan’s Fairway

The Plaza Six game room features Finnegan’s Fairway, a state-of-the-art golf simulator that will keep your golf game sharp year-round. Challenge a co-worker to shuffleboard or billiards when a break is needed.

The Plaza provides a state-of-the-art conference center for tenants to utilize for in-person or virtual meetings and training sessions. The Plaza conference center can comfortably accommodate up to 70 individuals.
